I'm on tour in Africa right now so I can't telephone canada for help. I've been asking for help here for 2 months now and I've gotten nothing. My warranty is now expired and my right platter is not scratching anymore. The potentiometer broke off when I tried to adjust so I'm stuck.
I've had to abandon the VCI now mid tour and go back to the dinosaur world of CDs.

Hi Phoenix,
Sorry for the delay in reply, Carl has left Vestax and unfortunately it seems he never followed up this thread. Please let me know we're you're at with the state of your VCI-300 and I'll get someone from Vestax to follow it up.
Apologies again for the late reply.
Thanks, Michael.
