My Serato had a unlock with email and password dialog box up earlier. I don't see that box anymore. How do I get it to come back so I may unlock these songs?

Are you still seeing a lock next to the music?
Did you donwload on this computer or another?
What version are you using now?
What version were you using when you downloaded them?

I used this laptop to download the track, which is also the same computer which Serato is on. I'm using Scratch Live 1.9.0
Laptop HP Vista64
Lock? I don't see a lock and the bitrate says 320kbps. I always they were unlocked until I saw the popup dialog box, that asked my email and password

It seems like I have a lot of noise, distortion, or static. At first I thought it was just whitelabel.net downloads but that isn't the case. I have noice coming from WAV files downloaded from Juno Records and Beatport

Further more, I just tested a CD in the CDJ-1000Mk3 to make sure it wasn't the amps that were making this distortion/noise. The CD sounded clear.

Yes. All music has distortion in it now while using wav and mp3.
No distortion while using CDJ1000 with real cds or Technic 1200s with music on records.
I read a lot of threads dealing with static. I went ahead and flipped the dip switches all to line. No difference. I guess the next step, I'll take is hook the mac up to it.

yes, I'm curious if you still get feedback while in INT mode on the MAC. Let me know ;)

I'm having the same problem with heaps of noise in my music. Cleaned my stylus and checked monitors and definitely not from them. Same problem when playing in internal mode. Also getting the same problem when using Serato on CD.
