Deck A perfectly fine.
Deck B operates in jog mode okay. When I click on 'SCRATCH" it continues to operate more in jog mode despite the light being on. And also it kind of stutters when I play it on "SCRATCH" mode.

I also fiddled with the sensitivity on the back, there is a very abrupt point at which it'll just stop playing (over sensitivity).
I realize that if I touch the screws though, it's okay. But I cannot find a happy medium where the platter will be responsive.

Read a little more, and realized my issue may be similar to what's mentioned here:
www.serato.com
However, for me, when a song is playing, the platter is blue. When I touch the platter on the functioning Deck A, it will turn red, like it should.
On the right the deck stays blue, and does not turn red unless I touch the center screws.

Hey Gene.
Can you let em know if the VCI is connected directly into your computer or if it's on a HUB?
Also are you using this with a power supply?

Connected directly to a black Macbook, no hub.
No, I'm not using a separate power supply.

Hey Gene.
Do you still get the same problem off the other USB ports?
Not all USB ports are created equal, and this has helped others with similar problems.

Hi Guys , i think it needs no new thread for the same Problem, have ordered yesterday a VCI300 from a German Onlineshop and today he was here , the same Problem as described upper me , the VCI300 is working very nice but with the right platter there is no way to scratch it´s like the touchsensors are broken or so sometimes when i grab into the middle of the right platter it works but not for long,
is there some workaround??
Thanks

Hey mfshva1.
Can you please start a new thread, so we can track each problem seperatly. Very often problems are about a unique set of circumstances, even if there are general similarities. Thanks.
