wont play when I press play

when I press play it seem that the VCI is reacting (data light blinks and the blue play light blinks and stop lighting up constantly when I press one more time) but in ITCH the track will not start playing. I can see the track is loading but no reacting when I press play??? :-(

Are you able to see the big waveforms for the tracks you're loading?

I'm having the same problem. I'm using a Macbook OS 10.4.11 and Itch 1.0.3. I've tried downloading the new 1.0.4 and it won't seem to update my old (current) version.

I know some units are having a problem and i think i got one of the early ones. Would this start play be a symptom of the hardware or software or both.

Hi el rubio,

Why are you unable to update to 1.0.4? How are you trying to upgrade? have you downloaded the installer from here? serato.com

Same here. I just bought the vci from guitar center. The play/pause buttons are blinking..

Mac osx 10.5.1
c2d 2.2Ghz
3gb ram
