I purchased the Rane Serato Mixer and figured I could just download a fully functional version of Serato LIve to my computer. I have been seeing a lot of demos and I noticed I don't have the same options on my program as the other users. For instance, I only have the option of 1/2x,1x, 2x, 4x on my J1 knob. I also am limited to Echo and not the Hard Echo, or the high pass echo options. Am I missing a component? These options look so amazing I want to be able to utilize them. How may I achieve these options?

Are you sure that you're running the latest version of scratchlive?
When you go into the setup screen what version is displayed in the bottom corner?

First, update to 1.8.2 if you haven't.... scratchlive.net

Second, you need to update the firmware on the mixer to get the newer effects and parameters, just go into the setup menu, hardware tab, and click the "update" button in the hardware tab to update the mixer's firmware (not the "update" button in the lower left corner, that's to check for regular software updates).
