Serato.com will now host the popular Scratch LIVE forums. ScratchLIVE.net will still remain active, but the integration marks the creation of a single support platform for all products on Serato.com.

The Scratch LIVE forums are Serato’s main support for Scratch LIVE users. Up until now, these forums have only been available on ScratchLIVE.net. The cross hosting between sites makes the support area readily accessible, allowing registered users faster access to the Help Forum and online resources.

“User experience is one of our main priorities,” explains Sam Gribben, General Manager at Serato Audio Research. “The integration makes the resources designed to help people easier to find and ultimately helps to streamline our support process.”

The move ties in with recent changes made to the Scratch LIVE forum to increase usability and encourage people to utilize our online support network, including the addition of the Italian and Japanese Scratch LIVE forums to the foreign language resources.
