Support Team Member
Serato is seeking an effective team member for the Support Department. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring that consistent customer support is provided at the level defined by management.
Responsibilities include
- Providing assistance in maintaining a high quality support service
- Playing a key role in giving support to 3rd party staff/dealers via phone & email
- Running an ongoing documentation program for Serato products (inc. Articles, Howto's & FAQ's)
- Implementing quality control measures & KPI's for both, provided support & web content delivery, & creating systems for tracking support load
- Presenting weekly reports on Support Department activity
