paid $400 USD but can't authorize

I just now purchased Pitch N Time LE via download. I've repeatedly tried to open Pitch n Time in Pro Tools and it requests authorization, but I never received the authorization with my download.

So even though I paid for Pitch N Time ($400 USD) I'm not able to use it.

I'm in session and need it now. Help.

It looks like there was an error with the authorisation of your copy of Pitch 'n Time LE. I have reset your license, so if you click this link -> www.serato.com you will be able to send the license to your iLok account. My apologies for the inconvenience.
