when i try to map out midi when i get to preset 3 then i try to set cue points and hot cues more than one box opens up {} and it wont respond [the ones that turn red or green] also ill go back and move around but they seemed to be light i didnt see them as much before in 1.8 but now i really see them it killed my 1st set. because some of my other presets seemed to get changed to other commands like rel or jump to another song i havent heard any one else having this problem yet but the forums are getting bigger i dont know if is m audio i have both sl1 and ttm57 and tried both and same thing i will try my akai mpd24 tonight and see if its the same thanks for any input i want my hot cues. does it have so many commands because i marked out my pads for four commands each so far i hope im understood thanks .

-presets on bank 1 and presets on bank 2 work fine its when i get to bank 3 when i highlight midi command more than one box opens green like both decks gain knobs rel and abs on both sides a loop in or out all other the screen about 6 to 10 boxs at once + when i try to highlight cue set points it wont let me until i set another command and then come back to try it and then it lets me but all 16 pads will respond to that cue . i just reinstalled all my software and still the same 1.8.0 it would not hold memory so i tried when came out 1.8.1 and now 1.8.2 crossing my fingers but now this. i tried mpd24 last night same thing. i really love the cue features having 5 per side like a sampler. i know you guys are doing cutting edge stuff i am so greatfull and patient but my 09 set i want to blow there minds thanks. this is my first to the forums and i know seeing it in front would be easy to understand me i hope this was better explained

Are you referring to the banks on your Trigger Finger?

yes the trigger finger. ive tried all banks and only 1 and 2 work> like i said when i try to assign them more than one box will light up when you are supposed to click on it {green} is it because of 2gb of ram? i was gonna upgrade to 4gb soon> i beleave they are already highlighted before i check them . see when i do the first preset all are not high lighted i have to check them in for bank one and for bank two. after that if i try to assign more than the first two presets . more than one box is highlighted and i still try to click on the box where i wish to assign my command and hit the pad i wish to assign . but they all stay highlighted also the mpd24 does the same thing.

I'm confused... when you say bank are you referring to one pad on the Trigger Finger?

Can you please take a screen shot of the software when your trying to map your controller?

when i say bank i mean 16 pads than bank 2 is another 16 pad bank 3 ,16 so on so on , i know the pick i sent tells nothing because what you see it supposed to look like . the all ready highlighted boxs are already been programed in a bank
my problem is after so many commands recored in it loses memory on some after so many and some of my cues wont even let me check them green to input the command to assign the control message i think im having the same problems i reading on another thread. you might direct me there. i went back to 1.8.0 and last night i started to reprogram and it this time allowed me to input all rec cues and cue triggers, i havent went crazy yet to make 3 or 4 banks of 16 yet but at least i have my cues.

Yes they are. Strange issue though. None of us have been able to reproduce it.

Its weird that two of your banks work though. The other people we've spoke to with this issue can't seem to get it to read at all.

I suppose my only suggestion at this point is to stick with 1.8 until we can sort this out.
