I'm new to the ilok process, but I believe I've followed both serato's and iloks installation guides pretty closely, and Pro tools is not recognising my serato product. ilok.com is showing my key with my free digidesign software, but I've "syncronized" several times in the last several days, and no serato product is showing up. I've also restarted the computer several times. I'm several days into this and I'm (not to mention my client) getting quite frustrated. I've paid my money, now I just want the software to work - so I can.

Hi Zek,

The first step is to register your product. Click this link -> www.serato.com and enter your iLok user ID.

Once you get a message confirming that your license has been sent you need to go here -> www.ilok.com and download the license to your iLok key.

If you are still having problems please let me know.
