having a problem with authorization with v2.2

purchased a new Pitch N time pro, but the version is 2.2 with license card.
i downloaded v2.4 and run PT 7.4.2 HD, but it didn't give me normal ilok authorization windows.

however, i inserted the license card into ilok, but it doesn't authorize the ilok.
i can't run v2.2 to get the authorization as manual instructed, because i am running PT 7.4 and PnT v2.2 is not compatible with PT 7.4 HD.

how can i get the ilok authorization for my PnT Pro v2.4?

i emailed a request to support@serato.com two month ago, and haven't received any email from serato.

can you help me here?

Sorry for the delay PAS.

Your license was sent to your iLok.com account a week ago but we didn't email your dealer or let you know here. Apologies for the lack of communication on this issue.
