Occasionally a user reports finding a file that does not load in Scratch LIVE, or has problems playing. We encourage users to send us those files, as this helps us improve Scratch LIVE to handle a wider range of corrupt files.

- The version of ScratchLIVE you are using. This is at the bottom right of the setup screen, and looks something like this: Version 1.6.3 (16331),
- Your computer specs,
- A detailed description of the problem you encountered,
- A link to the thread in which you described the problem,
- Your forum username.
