New user, thinking about purchasing Mac

Apple® - MacBook® with 13.3" Display - White
Model: MB062LL/B

It has OS Version 10.5 "leopard" will Serato work well with this?

is 1 GB of RAM enough if I am only using this to run serato (and possibly record)
