Native Instrument's Traktor Scratch A4/A8 replacement

As we all know NI has discontinued to sell their A4/A8 audio cards and therefor also the bundled packages with Traktor Scratch Pro. Lots of rumours about how they are going to continue... Here is one hint I found on their forums:

Any ideas what this is about?

salection HAD an article about this. ( www.salection.de ),
in which they assumed the following.

(pure speculation!!)
TA = "Traktor Audio".
TA2: replaces A2DJ
TA6: 3 in 3 out (replaces A4DJ)
TA10: 5 in 5 out or 4 in 6 out. (replaces A8DJ)

shortly after that the link to the NI site was broken.
(i have seen it, it really existed, so the above screenshot is not a fake)

now the salection article is gone too. so i guess they were on to something.

I believe as I said when Traktor Scratch was half price there is a new line of audio boxes which will all use the S4 software and is due for launch begining of Feb 2011.

dope...i might try to flip my a8 to get this new one...only cuz i like being on the bleeding edge of technology...but this a8 is still mightily beastly
