PIONEER CDJ 350 and SSL

Lextar 10:54 AM - 22 July, 2010
Hi to all,

I'm interested to buy 2 CDJ 350s, but first I need to know if they are fully compatible with SSL. I tried the 400s and they work perfectly conntected with USB (HID mode).
Anyone tried the 350s with SSL?

Right now the 350's are not supported via HID mode, they obviously can be used with Serato as normal with a control signal.

The 2.1 release is supporting the 900/2000 models, maybe the 350 will be in the 2.2 release. I am sure they will support it in the future

And we're still waiting for the DN-S3700 native support while thses later models are getting supported.

hey, maybe denons "big" delayed announcement will be native support, If not then you may never see it IMO. From what I am reading, HID is much better to make native support for then midi and that is one of the reasons Serato stayed away, like every thing serato does, if they cant make it perfect, it wont be released. Rumors are that the control signal will be built into the denon so no need to midi map the rotating platter which is where the issue is and then the buttons will be midi mapped or mappable by the end user. lets see if this is all true

Make a post here! Maybe then Searto will consider to support for CDJ-350's.
