I would really, really like to be able to use Numark NS7 to video mix.
Yes I have Virtual DJ, but even that it gets better and better I still can not rely on it. Plus I prefer Mac OSX and VDJ on Mac OS is more limited than on PC.
I would like pretty much that Inkeln's MixEmergency be able to plug in on Serato Itch same way like to Serato Scratch Live.
Who is with me?
Thank you!

Yep, please hurry up with video functionality for Itch.
I just want to be able to use a midi controller for videos. I'm seriously considering getting one of the new American Audio controllers and moving over to the dark side of virtual dj (gasp)

I vote YES!!!!!! VDJ is basically killing Serato on this...I have been a longtime supporter of Serato and will continue but VDJ + MAC + NS7 is not soo simple easy to work together. I am going on two weeks of getting this shit right...and still cant get it right...lag time and such...and a few software problems...VDJ has been gracious and helped but I want SERATO...going on 9 years of support..i cant stop now!!

serato isnt really working as fast as virtual dj. why? are they holding back for a reason? such as future releases? i dont even want to purchase any more stuff even if it comes out new and better because im affraid there wont be any good features for years to come. i currently own ssl1,and the ttm57. i feel like a dummie cause virtual dj does everything for less than half the price and yes i also own a valid virtual dj serial key.

then just use virtual dj ... i however have a valid vitural dj license and cannot even get the latest vesion to load 2 songs... so i for one am all for serato and the stability than a crap load of features that dont even load

A Honda Civic can "do" much more than my Lamborghini Gallardo, for 1/15th of the price.
But I don't feel like a dummy :-)

Hey Cerla, where do you put the NS7 in the Lamborghini Gallardo? Maybe you just keep it at your place when you just kick it like Taibo? And possibly bend it over... and smack that...

Serato was release in 2004. Where do you get 9 years?

I use my TTM 57SL with CDJs for my larger mobile gigs and use the NS7 FX for smaller events.
I also do video mixing and wish there to be very near future support of video with Itch. I use ME with SSL quite a bit with the TTM 57SL so I cross my fingers that ME will also work on supporting Itch. Wishful thinking....

well.... most ME users will be quick to point out that it IS stand alone when ever you say ME needs SSL in order to work or use it. just sayin' ;)
but back to the point... do you honestly think there is a chance of them doing this?
I don't think it's gonna happen... but he good news is that ME is a stand alone program!

As Serato just announced that ME will no longer be working with ScratchLive...having it work with Itch seems completely out of the question.

I forked over good money for Serato Video and was surprised just how old and tired it felt. Didn't feel 2012-era software at all.

I figured, considering the price it would develop pretty fast and surely, surely they'd release some sort of hardware control...because not to would just be crazy and against everything itch represents.....but nope.

Ive been djin and buying gear for many years so let me share a little helpful advise with you. When you buy a product, buy it for what it is.......not what you hope it will be in the future......
