I keep getting a horizontal line when calibrating a turntable i have. I also can not control the track thru serato. Serato will play the track thru my mixer, but i can not control the track on the turntable. Serato is set to phono. i can hear the track thru the stereo when the mixer is set to line 1 and then i can hear the needle thru the stereo when the mixer is set to phono.

I am pretty new to everything so I wouldnt be surprised if it's something simple i am over looking

There is issues with the turntables. It is not sending both Left and Right signals. So you need to check the needle, RCAs and Tone Arm coming from the turntables. Its usually the RCA cords from the turntable that need to be replaced.

Will this then allow me to control the track thru my turntable? Or should I be able to control the track regardless of calibration...?

You will not be able to control ScratchLIVE correctly with your turntable until they calibrate correctly. So the turntables must be fixed in order to properly control.
