Just plugged in my VCI-300 for the first time, installed the software an upgraded to the 1.05 version. Unfortunately, ITCH determines the VCI as disconnected. I've ensured there are no logitech webcam drivers and also confirmed that the VCI-300 is my audio playback. But, I cannot specify the VCI-300 as the MIDI controller. I have also verified on MIDI-OX that there are no MIDI installed.

Not sure where to go from here...but any assistance would be much appreciated!

Hi lech,

Have you tried connecting to all USB ports on your machine? Also make sure the Input switch on the back of the unit is set to PC.
