I wanna do a set with my self on the screen and video of my screen ...I seen a lot of you doing it to show stuffs or set.What software do i need? thanx guys

i use snapz pro for mac

digi cam, web cam, phone cam..

whatever you have access to that is digital or can convert to digital.
