I have experienced an issue with the left channel fader on my VCI-300. I've had mine for about 10 months, and shortly after I downloaded Serato ITCH 1.5 a couple days later during my online broadcast my left channel fader went out.
Now my crossfader acts as though it is my left channel fader - as well as a crossfader. When I move my crossfader from right to left and have the channel fader curve on more of a gradual curve (set on the channel faders), the volume increases gradually all the way until it has reached the left. A video best describes my point. Keep in mind that my curve on my crossfader is set on a sharp curve.

Yeah - could you let us know if you have run the firmware update or not? Also, what happens if you disable the crossfader in ITCH? Does the left channel fader behave correctly?

Carl and Christian, Thank you for the responses. Yes I did an update on the firmware in it first came out several months ago. I checked in the setup>hardware tab on ITCH and under firmware it says "Up To Date."
Christian, When I disabled the crossfader in ITCH the crossfader still acts as though it is the left channel fader - gradually increasing the volume of the left deck. The only thing it doesn't do is completely play the left deck. I've also tried using the mixer on 2 different computers and the same thing happens. I'm not sure how this could've happened. Thanks for the responses though, its greatly appreciated

Has this been happening since you ran the firmware upgrade - a bad update could have done this.
As it does the same on different computers, this is definitely sounds like a hardware problem, rather than software.
If you get in touch with the Vestax dealer in the USA they will be able to help you out with a repair.
