Hi DJ FReSh Is Real.
Do you mean audio or visuals 'speed on through'?
How fast is this speed?
Does it change speed?

both the audio and the visual. and i would roughly say between 200% - 250% constant speed.

Can you please try closing your computer down, unplugging the NS7, then starting the laptop, and then open ITCH up and playing a track in the offline player. Does it now play normal speed?

Ok. I am helping another user at the moment with this, and he has just responded saying that it's now working fine. This is very strange and I am not able to replicate this here.
Are you able to try the NS7 on another computer and then plug it back into your one? Does that fix the speed issue?

Damn - sorry, totally missed that, as it's the first I've heard of this with the VCI-300.
So.... this is odd since the VCI is a class compliant device, so there shouldn't be any of the driver issues that an NS7 may encounter with audio devices that may be causing this with the NS7.
Can you check if the VCI-300 is showing up as a soundcard?
You can check this by going to System Preferences -> Sound.
Also can you try turning the computer off then on again - test this with the VCI-300 plugged in and then again with it unplugged and see if there is any combination of boot up that works.

ok. I can see the vci as a soundcard. as far as the boot sequences , neither options work.

Hmmm... do you have another computer you can load ITCH up on and try to use the VCI then see if the music is still fast in the offline player?
