Is there anyway in the near future that the latency in the microphone will be corrected. Most of us cannot afford a MAC. and it has been established that a PC USB Buffer will not reduce less than 2; While I try to cope with this reality it is more difficult for other users, especially at Weddings. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Danimix

Hi Danimix,

Thank you for your post on the Serato ITCH boards. Serato is always updating their software and features and improving the quality of the software. With the delay on the microphone I'm sorry to hear your having an issue with the USB buffer size. Computer specs have a big roll in this as well. OS, Ram, hard drive Space, Processor and also anything running on the task manager using CPU. And with Lots of different PC specs performance's are may vary. Karl, thank you for responding so quickly. However here is the spec: HP-G60
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4200 @ 2.00 GHz, Ram 3.00 GB, 32-bit operating system
My laptop is only used for Serato, I do not have any music file on my drive, all mp3 are on an external, Except for checking my email there is nothing else on this unit.

While I am operating Itch there is nothing else running. I have no other issue with Itch, if I can overcome this situation I will be one happy DJ, and yes waiting on the SAMPLER which I know you guys will eventually add. Once again thank you.

Itch is a SUPERB Midi Controller the ULTIMATE in the WORLD.

Hi Danimix,

Try the VCI-300 and mic without the External HD and see if the delay goes away.
If it does not change we will move on to the next step
