Also some people reinstall or update their quicktime and itunes and it solves the issue as well.

Is ITCH still not closing properly? Can you please give us your system specifications? (I.e. processor type/ speed, free/ used hard drive memory, RAM, are you using an external hard drive?) Is 'read iTunes library' selected in Scratch Live's library setup?
