Hi sccknight,

You may need to calibrate the touch sensivity of your VCI-300. Please follow the steps in this article -> www.serato.com and let me know if that helps :)

Hello, It is not a problem of the sensibility, since it reacts well when you touch the platters, the problem is when you manipulate the sound sample, goes away backward, and it does as a few rare jumps...

Ah ok. Can you please tell me what you have the USB buffer in ITCH set to? Also what are the specs of your computer and which version of ITCH are you using?

Hi, the USB buffer in ITCH set is 10, though I have tried with different several buffer.
The specs of my computer are:

Intel Core 2 quad cpu
Q6600 - 2,40GHz
4GB ram

For some months everything to worked well, up to one day that stopped working well
The version of de Itch is 1.0.4 (10429)

Does this problem only happen on the left hand side? Do you have another computer you can try this on to see if the problem can be reproduced?

hello again... This one is the second one that I have, another vestax also worked badly... I tried of formatting my computer, and everything was still equal.

Tomorrow I will take her to the technical service.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble with two units :( Please let me know how it is going after you have taken it to be serviced.

Hello again... Already there has come to me my vestax of the technical service.
Under the platters, they have placed a small resistance next to a sheet that exists on having dismantled the engine.

I have been proving it, and it works perfectly. I attach a link of a video doing scratch.

Thank you very much.
