I only purchased the VCI a few days ago, however the left jog wheel is not completely horizontal and dips on one side more than the other (basically it joggles up and down a bit) its not causing me massive problems, it's just a little off putting when scratching, and not what i would expect from a three day old product.
The one on the right seems very smooth comparatively. I was wondering if the motor like part in the middle had not been set correctly, if if just perhaps the main plate of the jog wheel needed tightening to the axel.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hello David,
Please unscrew the top 3 platter screws and take the platter off. After platter is off if you look under it there will be 4 screws. Tighten those and see if that helps. If it still wobbles please exchange it from the dealer you bought it from.
Thank you for your time and post :)
Thank you,
Carl

Hello Carl,
Sorry i've been had a very few busy weeks, and not had much of a chance to reply.
I removed the top 3 platter screws and tightened the four screws as instructed however it doesn't seem to have reduced the wobbling issue.
Over the last 2 weeks the jog wheels lights have also started flashing blue at the point where it wobbles most (which means that when you cue a track or scratch a sample (at the point where it flashes blue) you no longer have control over the music sample and it plays, then you regain control over the sample when the red light comes back on)
I thought i'd try and adjust the touch sensitivity on the back but this made no difference.
I took it back to the store that i bought it from (Microfusa Barcelona) and they told me to take it to "ELU AUDIO calle Bilbao 125, Barcelona" for the problem to be looked into further, is this the correct thing for me to do?
Thanks for your time,
David
