Hot Start/Loop Buttons really dim when lit. To be more specific the Hot Start buttons are so dim you can barely see them in a lit room. They do brighten up when you enter a loop. I'm wondering if the brightness can be adjusted? Can you guys address this or is this something I would take up with Denon?
Thanks,
Jay Szewczyk

Hi Jay,
I'm afraid you can't adjust the brightness levels for the buttons. ITCH can choose from two states for the buttons - dim and illuminated, so it is something that could be changed in the future if necessary :)

Actually that's not the case. There are two levels of brightness. Setting a cue point (IN1 button) is one brightness but completing a loop causes the start and end points to brighten, (IN1 and OUT1 buttons).
I'll try to attach a photo of what I'm talking about.

Hi Jay,
Sorry I should have been more clear - there are 3 states (I was meaning two LIT states ;): Off, dim and illuminated.

Mike, Thanks for the response. IMO, dim is too dim. Can you pass that along?
Also, I noticed that the HC5000 doesn't remember my time setting. I like the time set to remaining but it always reverts back to elapsed when I start the system. Is it possible for it to remember that setting? I like Key Adjust to be on and it does remember that.
Thanks,
Jay

Yep I can pass that along :)
I don't belive it does currently but I've passed this on to the ITCH dev team as a feature request :)
