When i connect the device to my computer, my computer say's that the hardware is unknown. When i want to solve the problem, he can't find any drivers on my computer and can't install anything. Also when i try to update or check my drivers for the sl1 my computer says that no drivers where found. And no harware is connected. It's like it will not connect to the computer, but the powerlight is still on.
First i tought it was a driver problem, but now i think it looks more like a harware problem.

Have you tried running the driver updater tool already?
If not try this:
Connect the SL1 and close the ScratchLIVE program.
Then go to:

Start/My Computer/C:/Program Files/Serato/DriverUpdater32

If you have a 64 bit system - use the DriverUpdater64 instead.
