Currently I'm using 2 h-5500s from denon with time code on flash drives. My problem is after playing a track, I load another one on the player, but when I hit play , the track starts from whatever the count is on my time code. Do I have to start the time code to the beginning every time I load a new track or am I missing a different setting I'm not using?

If you are using Absolute mode then yes you have to restart the timecode for every track, as that by definition how Absolute mode works, it follows one-to-one relationship. The time on the timecode will always match the time of the song playing in SSL.

Hi Wingnutt.

Konix is right - in absolute mode Scratch Live just listens to where the NoiseMap™ is, then will reference that position to the track... so in absolute mode, wherever the NoiseMap™ is, Scratch Live will play the track from that point. So at 1 minute of NoiseMap™, you will be playing 1 minute of the track.

Here's a video tutorial if you want to see more about playback modes:

Hope that helps.
Thanks Konix.
