Hi there - there have been other ITCH users encountering this problem with the new Mac OS 10.5.6 update. I would recommend downloading the latest public beta of ITCH 1.0.4 by going to this link serato.com

This should fix your problem, but let me know if you continue to have issues. Cheers

Hey, glad to hear the update fixed your problem, however I'll need you to clarify the problem you're encountering in your last message. Are you monitoring your headphone mix using the individual PFLs for each deck, or do you have them both pressed at the same time? Also, you may want to check the monitor select knob is set to cue.

I tested it a few hours and I discover when you load already the song before your headphone listen to both channels.I'm doing this by pressing both buttons (PFLs and scroll) I don't no how I can check if the monitor select knob is set to cue but anyway it should not work usually like this I think

The monitor select knob is at the top of your VCI300, in the middle of the unit. It has two options, to cue off the master mix (MSTR) or the cue (CUE). You can turn this knob to adjust the mix you are hearing, either the master or cue completely or a mixture of both. This could be affecting your ability to cue both decks. Does this help?
