I purchased an upgrade to PnT 2.4 Pro yesterday (thanks) but your download page responded with an error message when I gave it my iLok account name. The page said I could get my iLok authorization later, so I tried again tonight, hoping the page would work. When I logged in, my upgrade had been registered (thanks again), but it also says that an iLok authorization has been sent to this iLok account: ".*
That ain't my iLok account name, and when I logged on to the iLok site there was no new Serato license waiting for me.
Soooo-- please send my authorization to THIS iLok account: [removed]
I'll check back for my license tomorrow. I'm anxious to start using this plug-in. and I'd prefer that you didn't post this for the whole freakin' world to read. Thanks!
