Is there a way to monitor incoming files/folders and automatically add them to SSL? I add approx 100 songs per week!

Yes there is. If you are running Scratch LIVE 1.8.2 you can use the Auto Import function to import all your new tracks. There is an article here on how to use it -> serato.com (nb, ignore the part about Whitelabel files and just use your normal files :)
