When I move the vinyl slowly it is not moving at all in serato. It acts as though the vinyl isnt moving at all. Why is this happening and hoe can I fix this? I "upgraded" from Torq to SSL and thought it would be alot better.. So far im having buyers remorse as I had no probs with Torq but in serato Im having all sorts of problems like USB dropouts galore which I had to fix by reducing the latency substantially which really didnt set well with me at all since I know my PC is up to par because it is a custom built gaming desktop with a 3.3 Ghz Core2duo and 4 G's ram etc etc..And now this issue with the control vinyl not detecting slow movements ( and it doesnt detect fast movements well at all either ),may just be the deal breaker for me to return this for a refund. Honestly I expected way more for 350.00 more dollars than Torq. Hopefully someone can help me solve this problem as these things are just not acceptable for turntablism/scratching etc.
