When using SSL with Pioneer CDJ 800MK2,what features do you loose compared to using turntables.Thanks.

All the functions in the Vinyl Control tab in the Setup screen (reverse vinyl scroll, next song on flip, adjust loops with vinyl and the needle dropping options) will be unavailable if you are using CDJs, otherwise everything else is the same.

Yes you can use the loop functions available in Scratch LIVE. Any loop functions on the CDJ itself will only work if you use Scratch LIVE in absolute mode.

No worries :) It depends on what you're wanting to do. If you want to use all the loop and cue point functions in Scratch LIVE you'll need to use Relative mode, however if you'd prefer to use these functions on your CDJ you'd have to use Absolute mode. One thing you should note is that you can't use key lock or any effects on your CDJ when using the Scratch LIVE control CD as these interfere with it.
