How can I not make serato to build overviews on my other playlists from my itunes library? I have dinner jazz, oldies etc..... which I use during wedding and corporate event gigs.

Clicking the Build Overviews button will build them for all files in your library. If you are not wanting to do this you can drag individual files, crates or folders (in the Import screen) onto the Build Overviews button and it will build for these only.
