i know this sounds real dumb but can u please tell me how to record a mix?

Select Mix in the Record drop down options and hit the RED record button. Then hit the record button to stop recording.

Name the recording in the blank grey area provided (next to the record EQ) and the hit the save recording button to save (black dot to the right of recording name area).

Look for the recording in a crated named Recorded -- load and play :)

where do you find this mix at? if I want to burn it for my car??

The file will be located on your internal drive in ~/Music/ScratchLIVE/Recordings/ folder.
