Bring back the good ol DNB! Im all for dubstep or whatever genre(s) people are on, Bring back that classic boom bap bass heavy DNB. Lately I get my fix off the hard as nails variety of DNB (Limewax, Current Value, Equinox, Dylan, Paradox) but it can get tiresome...

so what mix do you want first? I did a label series mix a few years back mainly for the 99-02 time period. I've a got a Bad company recording / ram recordings / renegade hardware / V records vs Full Cycle and a Bassbin mix.

I have tons of mixes, recorded my radio show last night, all unreleased goodies but if you guys want some mixes, I figure I'd toss out the label mixes first.

These are def some of my most favorite darkside DNB tracks ever, tho on the Usual Suspects - Shrapnel one, I prefer the B-Side remix by Stakka & Skynet... justs bangs thru the roof. I remember this style alot between 2000-2003... Alot of dark rollers, big basslines and stuff, right before the wobble movement came in. Alot of Metalheadz stuff like Total Science, Bad Company (double droppin THE NINE), Dom & Roland, B-Key, Dylan, Tech Itch... Good times at the old raves. good stuff, 99-02 was my favorite period in DNB. We had alot of the hardware kru through here on a weekly basis, hence my love for the label and that time period.

I love the amen ragga biz. I got a guy from around here that sends me tons of tunes. His name is Baby Demolitionist and he has the killer ragga joints. Corrupt cops has one of my top 3 breakdowns of all time. Gets a crowd stoked everytime.

I play much different tunes these days but I'm kind of known around town for dropping goodness from the 98-03 time periods. I have a radio show that focuses more on artists like Fanu, Chris Inperspective, Dj Trax, Fracture & Neptune ect.

Baby Demo, thats my homie E... I met him on yahoo chat way back in 1998. my screen name was delikutbeats, named after a Prisoners of Technology tune from back then... hahah! I was down with the North American Ragga movement for a while, even worked with the N2O guys in LA for a while... My partner in Primary Element crew, PVK (Psyko Vigilante Killer) focuses on the same stuff as you. He's big on Paradox, Equinox, Macc, All those ill names... while I focus on new amen ragga and Darkside bizness. We also got a radio show on Destroyer named "PRIMARY ELEMENT" Thursdays 8-10pm PST and a small digital net label named raro Digitale. Were gonna have some cuts on digital-tunes in early 09.

POTD still tours and is still one of the most popular DNB tours every year with DSL, Dara, AK1200 and Messinian... AK is the man, he drops all my homie's Darkside Dubs, from Mumblz to Reborn and Fixation.

danny the wildchild....... shoooooooooooooooot been at least 8 years since I've seen him. Loved to watch him spin, high energy sets, always good.

POTD hasn't came back in a couple of years. I think our city shows no love unless you on dubs with the butterfly doors. haha
