Recording

Hi,

When recording it puts the file in aif, this is a nice lossles format but is very unhandy when trying to send out demo's etc. People dont like getting 800 mb file downloads for some reason ;)

Can you record in mp3? Or have any of you found a decent (free) program that converts the aif to mp3? I haven't been able to find one. I run Vista btw. \

Thanks a lot!

You may try Audacity, open source and very useful. You can even normalize your mix inside it.

I used this for the first time today.

Its simple, after you record and save your mix, highlight the mix in itch, hit CTL O and it is immediately imported into iTunes. I was surprised at how easy it was.
