I just bought a new Dell Inspiron I-1420 laptop yesterday.
Core 2 Duo
32-Bit Vista Service Pack 1
3 GB RAM
2.0 GHz

The sound on this laptop is really struggling and can't seem to handle Itch. The graphic waveforms tend to lag and when i try to mix two songs together it'll just quit then the sound becomes slow and jumbled then i'll have to restart the program only to have it happen again shortly after. The audio drops out often. From previous software experiences this sounds like a driver problem but i'm just guessing. Has anyone else had this happen? And if so how can i remedy this problem? Thanks.
