That way, our support people can track the help threads easier, and make sure each person receives support in a timely manner.

So, if you want to discuss ITCH in general / DJing / Feature suggestion etc, continue posting in ITCH general discussion. If you are after specific help / support with your ITCH product, post in ITCH help.

I was hoping after seeing demos on Utube this would be a plug and play item, but it's not. From Serato web site I see this software/hardware DJ solution is still WIP work in progress, and it looks like it will not work with my new aliminum MackBook 13". I plug it in the software sees the hardware on my computer I can load audio to the virtual tables but do not get the audio waveform and my I tunes library was all ingested MP3 and most files have an AAC extension which is supposed to be supported. So besides not getting the audio WFM display I get no output from the device. As far as set up info the manual blows. The two places I checked on my computer to see if it's a configuration problem didn't help, under System Preferences/Audio I see the VCI-300 listed but it says Idle, what does that mean? The other place I checked was Applications/Utilities/Audio Midi setup, when I look at audio setup what should the settings be there, if I select VCI-300 the audio in/out controls go dim and the volume setting go down to 0 which may explai why I get nothing out of this babby. I have another program called Djay which works with VCI-100 so maybe I'll give up on this Itch and try that unit instead, but it just doesn't look as cool. I f you have any info or pointer to give I would appreciate it if not I will be returning this for an exchange for something that works.

Hi brh4755@aol.com ,

The new aluminum macbooks have a change in them, which requires a newer build of ITCH. Follow this link to the Public beta area: www.serato.com and use the latest build of 1.0.4

See how you go. If you need help, follow the instructions above, don't post in here please :)
