the right platter on my vci rotates a little wobbly, wiggles a little more than the left and is knocking on something when i rotate it. would simply tightening the screws on the platter solve this problem? because i don't wanna touch it and risk damaging the platter plus i'm the worst mechanic.

Hi MikeRizzy,
I would recommend taking your VCI300 back to where you purchased it from, either for repair or replacement, it sounds like a fault in the unit.
I know that takes time & effort but you don't want to accidentally damage it & void the warranty.
