I normally use vinyl, but on occasion need to use CDJs at events. Problem I am having is on relative mode the CDJs are not starting at the zero point of the track. Every tracks seems to start 5 or so seconds into the track, and I can not back spin past the zero point to get to the start. If I switch to absolute mode the problem is solved, but then I lose the looping functionality which I use a ton spinning house.

I have upgraded to the newest version, and have experienced this problem on previous and beta versions.

Any thoughts?

Check the "vinyl start offset" (set-up / vinyl control tab) Make sure it is at 0.

Is your audio input level set to line? (set-up / hardware)

Do you have "play from start" selected (set-up / playback)

Thanks for the help Chad
The offset is 0
I know I change to line, otherwise even absolute mode would not work
And I do have play from start selected.

This is truly puzzling me.

are you using any usb hubs or splitters?

Do you have "master tempo / keylock" selected on your cdj?

no splitters or hubs
master tempo is off on the cdjs
